Booking an Initial Consultation
During an initial session we would have the opportunity to think together about how we can work together with your concerns.
If you decide you would like to try counselling or EMDR, please phone or email to arrange an initial session. Or if you have any questions, I am happy to talk with you on the phone or by email.

Fees
Free 15 minute telephone consultation to find out how this service could work for you.
Session are for 50 minutes. Individual counselling and EMDR including initial consultations - £60 per session
Or 1.5 X session (1 hour and 15 minutes) is £90.
Couple and Family session - £80 per session or for 1.5 X session (1 hour and 15 minutes) is £120
Sessions are available on weekdays and some evenings.
